Terms and Conditions

1. We will beat a competitors price only when comparing like with like. Customers must produce a written quotation showing details of the job and materials. We will not enter into any discussions as to why we consider a competitors quote does or doesn’t meet our criteria when comparing our price with a competitors price. Our definition of like for like means that the same type of paper, printing method, finishing methods and freight are compared. Like for like also means comparison of the time frame to produce the job. We will not enter into any transaction on a ‘word of mouth’ quotation or advertisement from a competitor.

2. The Printing Company is an online based company. We do not have walk in facilities for clients, we do not enter into discussion of jobs by phone. Orders are submitted online or by email. We maintain our low prices by reducing our overheads to a minimum.

3. Proof copies are supplied online in PDF format only. We will not accept responsibility for mistakes in clients submitted artwork. The online proof copy we supply must be checked and verified as being OK by the client before we can proceed.

4. The Printing Company operates during normal office hours. All prices quoted are based on us producing the work during normal working hours. Rush rates apply for any work which is required outside of normal business hours.

5. We endeavour to produce jobs within 2 working days from sign off of artwork proofs. However due to the nature of some of the processes involved or the scale of some jobs this cannot always be adhered to. Clients who need to meet a deadline should be realistic in the amount of time they allow for the printing process and submit jobs to allow for delivery times as well.

Obviously we must have terms and conditions attached to that statement to ensure we are competing on a level playing field. We cover New Zealand Wide ! Your order will be supplied freight free within Auckland and a minimal freight cost for all other regions.
